You receive a written Bearing Report (12-18 pages) and a 60-minute debrief session. There is no obligation to continue working with us. If you do want to continue, the Diagnostic gives us a shared foundation to scope the right engagement.
Within one week of the session, you receive a 12–18 page written Bearing Report that:
- Identifies your current primary constraint
- Pinpoints the highest-leverage move to address it
- Outlines what that move would require in time, investment, and scope
Shortly after, we hold a 60-minute debrief session where we:
- Walk through the report together
- Answer your questions
- Clarify what a next step would look like if you choose to continue
You leave the debrief with:
- A clear picture of what an engagement would look like
- A defined cost
- A realistic start timeline
There is no obligation to continue. The report is yours regardless of your decision. Many clients find the report itself is the most valuable output: a clear, specific diagnosis they can act on with or without further engagement.
For clients who do move forward, the Diagnostic serves as the shared foundation for scoping the right engagement. We do not repeat the diagnosis; instead, we build directly from what the report has already established.
