FAQ How We Work · 1 min read · Updated May 27, 2026

We already use AI tools. Can you work with what we have?

Yes. Most businesses we work with already have AI tools that are underperforming relative to what they paid for. The tools are not usually the problem. The problem is that they were implemented without a clear picture of the leverage point, so they optimize the wrong thing. We assess what you have, identify where the gap is, and close it. We do not require you to scrap what is working.

Most of the businesses we work with already have AI tools in place. The tools themselves are rarely the issue.

The real problem is that they were implemented without a clear understanding of the leverage point. The wrong thing was automated. A tool was set up to optimize the front end of a process while the real friction lives downstream. Or the tool is technically working, but it’s disconnected from how the business actually makes decisions.

We evaluate what you already have, pinpoint the gap, and close it. You don’t need to scrap what’s working. Sometimes the answer is reconfiguring existing tools. Sometimes it’s filling specific gaps with new ones. And in other cases, the right move is a custom build through the Lab.

We have no incentive to recommend a custom build if an existing tool will serve you better. Our focus is on the highest-leverage outcome for your business—not on adding complexity.
