What CRMs does Vantage work with?

Vantage connects to major CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive, and can often integrate with other modern CRMs that have suitable APIs for the required read/write operations.

Vantage is built to connect to the major CRMs used by professional services firms and growth-stage B2B companies.

Primary CRM integrations

Vantage currently has primary integrations with:

  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
  • Pipedrive

If you use a different CRM, that is not automatically a blocker. The key requirement is that your CRM exposes an API that supports the read and write operations Vantage needs. Most modern CRMs do. Setup complexity will vary:

  • Some integrations are pre-built and can be configured in hours.
  • Others require custom API work.

Before involving your IT team, the first step is simply to name your CRM on the discovery call. During that conversation, Fulcrum will tell you whether the integration is:

  • Standard (pre-built / straightforward)
  • Custom (requires some engineering work)
  • Not currently feasible (API limitations or other blockers)

What Vantage reads from your CRM

Vantage reads only the records and fields required to evaluate and score your pipeline. Specifically, it reads:

  • Contact records
  • Account records
  • Deal and opportunity records
  • Activity history
  • Custom fields you specify during setup

Vantage does not read:

  • Email content
  • Calendar data
  • Any records or modules you do not authorize

Access is scoped to the modules and fields you approve during implementation.

---

What Vantage writes back to your CRM

Vantage writes scored output back into your CRM, using fields that are created or mapped during Phase 1 configuration. It writes:

  • Score (1–10)
  • Tier assignment (e.g., Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3 / Disqualified)
  • Rationale text explaining the score or tier
  • Last-enrichment timestamp indicating when Vantage last processed the record

These outputs are written only to:

  • New fields Vantage creates, or
  • Existing fields you explicitly map for Vantage to use.

Vantage does not modify any of your existing CRM data outside of these designated fields.
