What is a Weekly Brief and what does it contain?

The Weekly Brief is a curated, weekly summary for principals that highlights the highest-priority opportunities in the pipeline, what changed since last week, and which records need review—so you can calibrate Vantage in 20–30 minutes without navigating a separate tool.

Overview

The Weekly Brief is a curated summary delivered to the principal each week. It highlights the highest-priority opportunities in the current pipeline, what changed from the prior week, and which records require attention.

It is not a dashboard. It is a concise, opinionated document designed for a principal who does not want to navigate a tool and only has ~30 minutes to understand what matters and where to correct the system.

What the Weekly Brief includes

1. Top-scored records

The brief lists the accounts and contacts that Vantage has assessed as highest priority for the current week. For each, it surfaces:

  • The current score
  • The tier assignment (e.g., Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3)
  • The rationale for the score and tier (e.g., trigger events, fit signals, engagement signals)

This gives you a quick read on where Vantage believes your best opportunities are right now.

2. Movement since last week

The brief calls out which records have increased or decreased in score since the last run, and why.

Movement is important because a record that:

  • Moves from Tier 3 → Tier 1 based on a trigger event is often more actionable than
  • A record that has been Tier 1 for several weeks without meaningful change.

The Weekly Brief explains the drivers behind these changes so you can quickly see which shifts in the pipeline deserve attention.

3. Correction queue

The correction queue is the core of the Weekly Brief.

It lists records where Vantage’s assessment is flagged for principal review—cases where the score or tier may not match how you see the record in reality.

This is your primary 20–30 minute task each week:

  • Review the flagged records
