The $3,000/month retainer covers ongoing operation, monitoring, and maintenance of your Vantage system, including weekly pipeline runs, brief delivery, quality review, correction management, and system upkeep.

The $3,000/month retainer covers five core services that keep your Vantage system running reliably and producing trustworthy Weekly Briefs.

What the retainer includes

1. Live pipeline processing

Every week, Vantage runs your full CRM dataset through the pipeline:

  • Enrichment
  • Scoring
  • Rationale generation
  • Output injection back into your systems

The retainer covers:

  • Compute costs for weekly runs
  • Data connections to your CRM and enrichment sources
  • Orchestration and monitoring of the weekly pipeline execution

2. Weekly Brief delivery

Each week, the scored output is compiled into a Weekly Brief and delivered to you. This is not a raw or auto-generated report; it is a curated artifact that has been reviewed before it reaches you.

3. Quality gate on output

Before the Weekly Brief is delivered, Fulcrum reviews the output for anomalies, including:

  • Records that score very differently from prior weeks without a clear reason
  • Fields that return unexpected or malformed values
  • Enrichment sources that return errors or incomplete data

This quality gate is what prevents a single bad data week from turning into a bad brief you might act on.

4. Correction cadence management

Fulcrum manages the ongoing correction loop so you don’t have to run the system yourself. This includes:

  • Monitoring the correction queue
  • Escalating records that fall into high-uncertainty territory
  • Flagging when accuracy metrics shift in a way that warrants attention

Your role is to review and act on the system’s output, not to manage the underlying mechanics.

5. Ongoing system maintenance

Over time, the surrounding ecosystem changes:

  • CRM APIs evolve
  • Data sources update their schemas
  • Integrations require periodic updates or re-authentication

Fulcrum handles these changes so the system stays connected and functional without requiring time from your IT team.

What the retainer does not include

The monthly retainer does not cover:

  • New integrations beyond those set up in Phase 1
  • Re-recording the Voice Corpus if your ICP changes significantly
  • Expansion to additional principals (Phase 2 of the knowledge expansion)
