What should I expect in Month 1?
In Month 1, the system is already useful but still calibrating. You’ll see a larger correction queue, need to review scores manually, and watch accuracy improve week by week as your feedback is incorporated.
In Month 1, expect the system to be useful but imperfect. The correction queue will be longer than it will be by Month 6. The accuracy will be real but not yet at the level where you can fully trust the output without reviewing it.
Here is what Month 1 actually looks like, week by week.
Week 1–2 (end of Phase 1 setup)
The system runs its first complete pipeline against your full CRM dataset. You receive the first scored output. This is the first time you see the gap between what the system assumed from the Voice Corpus and what you actually think about your pipeline.
The correction queue in Week 2 will typically be larger than any subsequent week, because the system is applying its initial pattern library without any feedback yet. This is expected. The large correction queue is not a sign of failure; it is the calibration event that makes every subsequent week more accurate.
Week 3–4
You complete the second and third correction reviews. By this point, the system has incorporated your Week 2 corrections. You will likely notice the queue getting shorter and the outputs getting closer to your actual judgment.
The most common improvements are in the middle tiers (Tier 2 assignments) — the system learns the edge cases faster than expected.
What you will not have in Month 1
- Full confidence in the scores without review. You should not be acting on Month 1 output without checking it yourself. The system is useful for surfacing what to review, but it has not yet earned the right to be trusted without verification.
- A quiet week. Month 1 correction reviews take longer than steady state. Budget 45–60 minutes per week during Month 1.
What you will have
- A working system that scores your full pipeline weekly
- A weekly brief that surfaces your highest-priority opportunities
- A measurable improvement trajectory that confirms the system is learning
