FAQ Pricing & Investment

What determines the Vantage retainer cost?

Two factors: the number of distinct data sources we are ingesting (documents, systems, feeds), and the number of personnel whose decision patterns we are encoding. A smaller operation with one principal and a focused knowledge corpus sits at the lower end. Multi-practitioner firms with active CRM and delivery data sit at the higher end.

Pricing is driven by two primary factors:

  1. Number of distinct data sources being ingested and maintained.
  2. Number of people whose decision patterns the system is encoding.

On the low end, a founder-led firm with a single primary knowledge holder and three integrated systems has a focused implementation and a relatively contained maintenance surface.

On the higher end, a multi-practitioner firm with active CRM data, call recordings, several knowledge holders, and a broader integration set requires more ongoing calibration and optimization, so complexity and cost increase proportionally.
