Guide Vantage

What happens to my data if I cancel?

When you cancel, you keep all of your data and knowledge artifacts. Fulcrum revokes its access, exports your full project, and retains only non-content audit logs for compliance. No content is deleted without your explicit instruction.

You keep everything your data produced. Fulcrum revokes its own access and you receive your full project. Nothing is deleted by Fulcrum without your explicit instruction.

Here is the formal offboarding process.

What you receive

  • All source documents: the Voice Corpus recordings and transcripts, your pattern library, your ICP documentation, the configuration files for your integrations.
  • All scored data: the full history of records Vantage processed, with scores, tier assignments, rationales, and enrichment data.
  • All feedback logs: the complete history of your corrections, including the outcomes and any notes you added. This is the most valuable export — it is a structured record of how you evaluated your pipeline over the engagement period.
  • The Brain artifact in portable formats: the knowledge base that powered scoring, exported in a form you can use, reference, or hand to a technical resource.
  • Full database access: your Supabase project stays live until you choose to decommission it. You can continue using it, export from it, or maintain it on your own.

What you do not keep

Fulcrum’s proprietary components are not included in the offboarding export:

  • The few-shot library used to train the model
  • The scoring model architecture
  • The Brain API schema
  • The waterfall enrichment logic

These are Fulcrum intellectual property, not client data.

Practically, this means:

  • You keep all of your data and your knowledge.
  • You do not keep the system that processed it.

If you want to rebuild a similar system, you would need to either re-engage Fulcrum or work with a technical resource to rebuild the architecture from scratch.

Data retention after offboarding

Fulcrum retains an audit log for:

  • 12 months (standard engagements), or
  • 7 years (HIPAA-regulated engagements).

This log covers access events, not content. Your content is not retained by Fulcrum after the engagement ends.
